Dr. Elizabeth Norton and Dr. Jay Kolls were awarded an NIH contract to bring a nasal spray pneumonia vaccine to Phase One clinical trial. This vaccine, called CladeVax, targets Klebsiella pneumoniae, a multi-drug resistant bacteria.
